Personal Finance - November 2007

My parents are psycho bitches who steal my money that i work for. THey refuse to go to the bank and make me a account. THe bank won't let me open one since I'm under 18. Is there a way i can get my money without having parental consent?

OK, here's the deal. Ive been dating this girl for a little over a year. She is THE ONE for me. We have so much in common, and it works between us. It's almost too easy! Ive proposed to her, and she said she wanted to marry me, that he loves me, but that she cant marry me because i'm unable to provide financial security for her. At first, i was hurt, but then i gave it some thought, and she really is right. I have a good job, making decent money, but when i was young i made a mistake and got a girl pregnant, and i pay 600 a month in child support. That doesnt leave me much to live on. I really want to do the right thing by this girl, and i want to spend the rest of my life with her, without a doubt. Shes not money hungry, but it IS important that we have financial stability, and Im grateful to her for being honest with me. So, does anyone have any ideas, anything at all, to help me make or get more $? I am really desperate...im swallowing my pride here, someone please help me. Thanks.

i`m asking this on behalf of my aunt, she has to start paying back a certain benefit she claimed but wasn`t entirely entitled to anyway what she wants to know is, if they come to an agreement with her saying she`s to pay back £5 or £10 per week of her benefits and she then goes back out to work and would they up the weekly repayments because of this or are they likely to stick to the agreed amount? thanx.

Im 16 with a Savings account. I have a "Custodian" onto my savings account because im not 18. I have about 20$ in my paypal balance and i want to get it out. I want to get myself verified so i can get that money out. But ive read some stuff online that you need to do transactions or something? Anyway, What are the steps to becoming verified? Also, does it require taking out any money toward my savings? Because i cant do it at the bank because im not the custodian.

I'm married with 3 children. Own a home, have car payments, bla, bla,bla. I lost my Job about 3 months ago. I held of as long as I can. Other than selling my house. My only option is my 401K money.

I do not wan't to sell my house. The housing market sucks, and I'd be lucky to walk away with 20 grand after I payoff the second morgage. Plus that could take months, if the

A loan won't work because I can't afford the loans I have at the moment.

This is my situation. I have (2) 401K accounts one with $9,500 and one with $52,000.

My thinking was I would withdraw the $9,500 from the 1st account and hope I find a Job in my feild before I have to tap in to the $52K account.

Everything I have read is very vauge, I have read the after tax and penalties. I will recieve about 55% to 60% of my money.

I don't want to sound like a loser. But I have to get these creditors off my back. I am working, for a 3rd less of what I was making the economy in ohio is bad, and is not improving.

We sold a psp on ebay and we had TONS of problems with the buyer. They said that they hadn't received the item and wanted their money back.
We looked on the royal delivery website, typed in the post verification code, and actually SAW WITH OUT OWN EYES that it had been signed for. (with the electronic signer thingy)
The next thing we knew was that PayPal had taken out the 200 quid from our PayPal account without our authorisation. Luckily we had taken the money out before their stupid transaction so we were only left with a minus amount in our account. We then canceled our card and got a new one.
Can PayPal still take money out of our PayPal account? (we don't have a direct PayPal account, only with card.)

Has this ever happened with anybody else too?

I have an account in a bank in England and I'm from a from an other country. The last week I wanted to transfer my funds to my second account out of england by internet banking.After 2 days the bank told me that the LCH (London Cleaning House) had put a hold on my bank account and I must pay the cost of transfer of funds which is a big sum that I can not pay without my funds in bank.If I can not pay them what will happen? does my account will be on hold forever ? I get SSI every month, around $500. And then I work and get probably $250 every two weeks, it's not a lot. I start cc in feb. and I am trying to finish two years of pre-pharmacy courses in a year and half and then eventually transfer to a four year program at UCSD (which isn't really that hard if you live in the city; as long as you go through the cc, you are guaranteed admission). So, what do you think? My mom thinks that I should so that I can focus on my studies. I live with my mother and the only bills that I will be paying is car insurance and cell phones bills.
