is it possible someone hand you a paper and you sign it , for example it's a consent form for certain activity or acknowledgement , but you're busy and sign it without really reading the whole crap , could you be scammed into selling you house etc this way ?

I have contributed the $4000 annual limit to my traditional IRA, and I just remembered that I also rolled over about $1500 from my last employers 401k plan. Will I be penalized for going over the annual limit?

I hold a degree in accounting ,, I held many positions , but with low income,,i live in a studio for the past 10 years,,,
and my friend told me about an offer to work in a movie, I will get paid,, 20 times my current salary for 30 min movie.. what to do? should I accept it ??
p.s. it is a porn movie, and will be on chinies market only, as told,, what you think ?? i really need the cash now, and seems nothing will change any soon..

Hi Everyone,
I was wondering that what will i have to pay once my current mortgage comes for renewal after the first term of 5 yrs. To be specfic, currently i have a locked interest rate for 5 yrs. After the term is over i would have to shop around for a good rate. Assuming that i get the same rate and i lock in for next 5 yrs. What will be my mortgage payments keeping in mind that i have paid out a portion of the capital. Will the new payment be based on the new outstanding amount. If so then for how long will be amortised for. I am confused. In the back of my head i know that the mortgage is amortised for 25 yrs and the principal payments wont change only the interest part changes. I want to know the logic behind the calculation .......................I may be wrong. Please help with calculation.

I got a check today which says its void after 90 days
now does that mean weekdays ONLY or does it also mean
weekends? and what day would be the 90th day (date please) I could

Im 13, and I won a 150$ savings bond at my city's spelling bee. They said they'lll contact me in like 2-3 weeks. They also asked for my social security and stuff. Can i get it in cash? I have some novels I would like to purchase..lol What the heck is a savings bond? Thanks!

I have about $4,000 that I want to put away towards savings on a house. What kind of account should I put it in? Of coarse I want to add to it. I won't even consider looking for a house for another 6 months because i have to wait a year after my bankruptcy. I have access to a VA loan.

I just received a class action settlement from H and R block. I got back a petty $70. 00 check made to me(in my former married name) and my ex spouse. I have been divorced from him for over 11 years and I am remarried. His whereabouts are unknown. Last I heard , he was in jail out of state. My question is this:

1)Can I sign my previous married name, or do i sign my current name?

2) since I cannot locate him, and we obviously dont have a joint account, can I deposit it in my account without his signature?
