I have an account in a bank in England and I'm from a from an other country. The last week I wanted to transfer my funds to my second account out of england by internet banking. After 2 days the bank told me that the LCH (London Cleaning House) had put a hold on my bank account and I must pay the cost of transfer of funds which is a big sum that I can not pay without my funds in bank.If I can not pay them what will happen? does my account will be on hold forever ? Thanks for help.

You'll have to cancell the transaction. The next time you want to move money like that, consider and include the fee.
