What class would it be considered middle or upper middle?
Just wondering, I'm not trying to act all snotty or anything by the way because I absolutely hate when people talk about how much money they have.
Thanks <3

In rural Arizona, that's probably upper class for a family of 3. There are parts of the country where it would probably be upper middle.

I would say no, it is just enough for a family of three if you live in expensive states like CA, NY, NJ, MA, CT, etc. After taxes, it's around $50,000. It would be worth more if you didn't eat out, take any vacations, ever buy a new car, watch a lot of movies, etc. If I lived like that, I'd rather be dead.

To a certain extent, it depends on where you live and what the cost of living is. If you live in Hawaii, New York City or San Francisco, it isn't going to go very far; if you live in Powell, Wyoming, however, it will go a lot farther.

You can use this link to see how your $75,000.00 compares to what is considered the median income in the city or county where you live.

Well, for Arizona that puts you in the top 13% of family incomes so I would say that you are pretty well off.

it depends. if you live in mid amerca, I'm guessing 75k is upper middle. if you are living in nyc and make 75k, you are POOR.

It's not how much you make, but how much you spend. If you don't have the skills to management money, you could be making 500,000 and still be "poor". Poor being you are in debt and living beyond your means.

To answer your question, we will need to know where you live. $75k in New York or LA is totally different than in a small city.

It makes no difference how much money you make, it is how you manage your money that matters.
