Can you use a credit card like a current account and keep money in it or can you only be in debt with one?
For example could I have a balance of 500 pounds in a credit card account?

I have an eBay account - I'd given them my bank account information when I lived in NC. I moved out of state & had to change banks so I deleted my bank account information from eBay (that account had been closed). I thought there was no need to enter my new account information, eBay didn't force me to - I'd been using a PayPal account to pay for my purchases and seller fees.
I had some seller fees due last week - instead of using my PayPal account, they checked my file and saw I didn't ahve a bank account on file with them, but used to. SO they tried charging that account - since it doesn't exist, their charge was returned. Then they tried charging a credit card that was also no longer on file because it was a debit card linked to the same cancelled bank account. Now they're trying to ask me to pay fees for the returned items.
Should I have to pay the $15 fee for each time they tried to charge an account tha twas no longer on file with them? That seems pretty unethical to me.

I called the credit card company to ask how to close it but the guy just kept trying to convince me to keep it open and never told me how to close the account.

I had to do bankruptcy after a car accident and being sued for $31,000. I'm only 24, live with my older sister and her family. I work part time and go to college, but I have no credit, no way of getting a roommate, and I'm just really messed up. I need to move out of my sister's house, and I need to have my own place someday, and a good job. I donno where to start, how to start and what to do. How can I get on my feet?

just recently i noticed that all the money had been withdrawn out of my B of A account but I had my ATM card in my possession and no one has my pin number. I reported it to the bank and they credited the money back initially but then they took the money back and sent me an assanine letter that stated that I authorized the charges! Has this happened to anyone else in the L.A. area?

I have a check from a financial institute, where can I cash it? The bank the check belongs to does not exist in the state where I live and I do not have a bank account myself, so where can I cash it?

Also, at this moment I am in the middle of nowhere(the mountains of NC) so there are not many places around.

Can I take it to any bank?

I was currently working for a well-known company as a cashier. Before I start off by telling what happen I wanted to let people know that this was my first time ever handling money for any types of businesses. so i had to have addition help with everything it wasnt that i didnt know how to count money i was just having some trouble. but anyway, once i first started my draw came up short because i mistakely gave away the wrong change. the cash register was different to me but when you needed change you were supposed to put in a certain code to get the change, then you were supposed to put the money in your register bag. Well i had been working there for just a little bit over a month and I just found out the correct producere for getting change. so before then I would just get the money out of the register put it under the machine so as the customer were walking past the couldnt see the money and it wont get stoled. But the other day they called me in the office and told me they have me on camera stealing the money, which is not true. I asked if i could view the tapes they refused me. I got up in walked out because I couldnt handle them labeling me as a thief. I just dont know what to do because I dont want to just leave this alone in they believe that i really stole the money. i want to get a chance to prove to them that i was wrongfully accused of stealing the money. I really need help because I dont want something like this to be on my record then i want be able to get a good job. so if somebody out there that can help please do some. thank you
