Hi Looking for a good savings bond for twelve month's H.

Just buy one, but you have to hold them for several years, before you can cash them. They continue to accrue interest for 30 years. At the site below you can but Series EE and H bonds.

Get yourself a Cash ISA (or better, a SIPP)
