I've had trouble with Access mortgage selling us a Negative Amortization loan and saying it's a 1% loan. . .never disclosing the extra 5 or 6% that is going to be added to the principal. I had to call him on it before he disclosed it. I've had trouble with Heartland Home Finance flat out lying about what's been done on my loan, whether it's been submitted, approved, and when it will close. They also changed the rate and the fees at the last minute so it would be too late for me to pull out. Be careful out there folks and ask alot of questions!

I need aloan to pay off my childrens tuition, pay my summer tuition, and reregister my girls for the fall. I have a great job, but had a family crisis( oldest daughter got Lukemia) and I had to pay for treatments til Medicare was approved. I had a few payday loans, payng on time, until one of them went in a day early and tried to get their entire balance. That was not the arrangement, and they messed up my account, which caused a trickle down effect on every other account that was ACHed from that account. Not to mention the bank bounce check fees. I am working on getting those items corrected but now I need $4000. Any idea where I can look...fast. Without this last payment, my daughters will not be able to take finals and they will have to repeat the entire grade. I can verify all I have said. Please no scam artist saying they can give me a loan at 3% knowing they are going to charge me for living in the US and you will never see the money. ( They are on report now)

... your bank account could not be frozen as the funds are not solely yours. Then my son clicked off the site I was on and I couldn't find it again. Can anyone help me find this. I am in the process of making payments to some debt, just not fast enough for their liking and I want to protect my accounts from being frozen along the way. Afterall, I can't pay ANYONE if one of them freezes me... ugh!

Recently I have been frauded out of $750 plus the $14.16 to wire the money totaling an amount of $764.16 to receive a "Loan" from a place called "FirstLine Financial Services" when it came time for them to deposit the $5000 they never did, upon calling them I got one excuse after another and they told me that I had the option to send another $750 to secure the loan or to get a refund and I told them that I wanted a refund, I gave these people my bank account info, but thank God I found out what they were doing and they did not get to my account, but now I am out $750 that was to be used to fly my step-daughter, who is only 6, home from Guam. Is there any justice or leagel system that can help us people that get scammed so that we are not out this money? Do they have a strong enough legal system to catch these people?

I am in financial dire straits right now, I don't even have enough money to pay my cell phone bill or rent this month. Is it ok for me to work two jobs, just until I get back on my feet? I really can't afford high taxes, not now, and probably not next year when I have to file my taxes. Thanks every in advance for your help. P.S. I am really looking for serious answers, preferably with concrete proof to support it. Thanks again!

I work full time and average about $600 a paycheck. Right now I am looking at getting an apartment for around $300-$400 a month and I am also trying to save at least $7,000-$10,000 by next June for a backpacking trip. Any tips on how to do that?

I (with my wife) will be making about $100k a year. I plan on tithing 10% and then taxes will take another 30%. But that still leaves $60k. What is a reasonable budget for a year's living expenses for a married couple with no kids in a townhouse? And witht the rest, should I pay off loans, start a savings account, buy a house, start an IRA, etc? And how much should I put in each one?
