The only help you will get will be advice from the C.A.B. They can negotiate with your creditors to accept a minimum payment for a set period of time until you get back on your feet.
You have to priorities your bills and make sure you are doing "something" about the primary ones eg your gas/electric, mortgage or rent, all others have second place. The worst thing you can do is actually borrow money to pay them off....be careful but act quickly before things get out of hand.
