You may think you are getting 'Something for Nothing', however you can usually get a better deal by shopping around or negotiating direct with the supplier ..
Extra Cash ? Easy - cut down on whatever extravagance you currently indulge in ...
Few examples ..
Smoke less, drink less, drive around less (reduce your petrol costs) - shop only at the supermarket when parking is free (and all the other shops are shut) - eat what's on 'special' this week, eat & drink out less (Beer in the pub is 2x cost of beer at home, even if you invite your friends around a lot they usually bring something)
Make a BUDGET and STICK TO IT.
(pay EVERTHING in CASH, leave your Credit card at home == paying in Cash helps focus your mind on what things actually COST)

by cash back sites I take it you mean things that pay you cash for your shopping
