What can i do for my monthly bank statement to be received by email?

My bank suppose to e-mail me my monthly statement but they wrote me and said they're unable to send me the email. I later erased all my old email and the following month the bank wrote me again about the same problem.
What can i do to for my monthly bank statement to be received by email?

Switch to a better bank like Bank of America, they have a great online banking center and you can view your statements on their without getting it mailed as well.

Contact the bank. It is cheaper for them and better for your privacy. They should be glad to cooperate.
