I f I have a credit limit of $15000 on my Visa and my balance is $14,800, could I still charge $1400 on my card. I mean would the charge be declined or would it be approved or go through and my card would be maxed? I am aware of the stupidity of this question, I just really have an emergency!

Secnario is something like this.. I have issued a cheque of my account. Later I want to stop the payment for the issued party has not done the work he was supposed to do. I do not have any legal contract with this party. If i isssue a stop payment on the cheque and he places the cheque for clearance, and my bank returns the cheque, Would it be treated as a offence? Can the issued party take me to court on the basis of the cheque issued? And for what time period is a issued cheque valid from the date of issue?

I want to sue a former roommate in Small Claims Court, but she insists that a judgment against her will be meaningless. In other words, no one can force her to pay. Can the court require that the judgment be withheld from her paycheck? I live in Texas.

He is presently aged around 93 years, who have a son aged approx.60 yrs.old, who is a total mentally retarded with ill health and is fully dependant on his father for the last 35 years. The pernsioner is also having two younger son & daughter both married & staying in nearby area. He is staying alone with his mentally retarded son in a very shabby condition. He is having a persisting mental agony for this retarted son and want some arrangement for his crippled son before he passes away. The pensioner confides on her married daughter rather than the married son. So he wants that the family pension benefit to be passed for the maintenance of his retarded son by nominating his daughter. His financial standing otherwise is meagre for his son's maintenance after his death. Can anyone provide detailed guidelines as to how the pensioner can make such arrangement.

That is what is the average of the total of the value of people's money, possessions, investments, property, but minus any outstanding mortgage?

I think it is around £120K but I am not sure.

Note I am looking for the total of individuals wealth - I know that if everyone tries to sell their house at the same time it will come down in price alot.

Thanks

Happy Easter by the way.

If I were to borrow my neighbors marker plates when I went to get gas, would he get arrested or would I?

Been fueding with my neighbor for quite some time now. He's been doing things to damage some of my things.

I want to know if I were to take his license marker plates off his car and go to the gas station, fill up my car and leave without paying, return the plates back to his car, would the gas station's surveillance camera just take down his marker plate, or would they check it against the car I'm driving and me (in a hooded sweatshirt of course)?
