I guess it is possible, but you will more likely be scammed, or at least have to pay, all kinds of different fees and charges as well as interest.

Yes. But don't answer solicitations. Go to www.bankrate.com. You can also look at lenders (you already know) on line.

BE VERY CAREFUL. EMails looking to lend you money at "great rates" may only want your personal information to rip you off!
