I'm in NY and doing the scratch offs, the most I've won is $25.00. My friend here though has won $25.00 on one scratch off and $1290 on a lottery ticket. We've definitely spent more than we got back.

$20.00 really my daughter won it buy she was under age and I cashed it out for her. It was a gift scratch card from Grandparents. I don't play the lotto much...

my dad won one thousand off a scratch off ticket,
haha i thought we were rich !!!!!
