...to a job for a bit more money, but the company are awful. They only ever give me 1 day off a week, even though I keep insisting I want 2 a week, and now they say I can only take my annual leave if I have accumulated it. Ive never heard anything like this before. Should I leave this job and look elsewhere? I know 100% there are 2 places I could get another job, but what if they are just as bad? My dad is getting on at me saying there's no such thing as a perfect job, I know this, but I just don't want to have liberties taken, or be dictated to as to when I can have my holiday.what should I do?

because I searched for it and the people who are undergraduates or college leavers they can start their career by chosing LLB program and GDL is only for those who are already graduate and just need a legal knowledge and then can go for legal practise directly. When I was in Pakistan I thought LLB is something I have to do first but after coming in UK I found several options to save my time and utilise my Graduation by doing this GDL programme. Iam asking and confirming this by exchanging ideas because its really a major decission and a question of my future.

Does anyone else have a situation where women are having these spats in the office? It's really becoming disruptive. I think part of the problem is that one woman is a secretary and the other is her superior on the flow chart. The one that's a secretary doesn't like that. They each keep playing "gotcha" - trying to make the other look bad. For awhile, I thought it was amusing. Now, I'm thinking about calling them both in and telling them to cut it out or they're both going to be fired.
