This guy at my work said that I looked good in a santa hat and he growled at me...I was freaked out since I barely know him since he is new (just started this week, and he is rather quiet). Do y'all find this odd??

There are already other guys at work that are guilty of sexual harassment. For some reason my co-workers don't understand this concept and they think that grabbing my sides, back and stomach and the sexual innuendos are okay. Management just blows it off. What should I do?

This is basically a test that tells you what jobs you might be interested in by asking questions about what work ethics you have. I am a guy, and I got hairdresser and cosmotologist. Another guy got Belly Dancer. Is something wrong with this program, or could it have some kind of meaning? Also, what did you get? Its required in many states for you to take it in order to graduate.

I am a 40-something woman with 20 years in high tech marketing communications and internal communications experience. Finding a job, until this August, has always been easy. Now, all of a sudden, I am repeatedly the final candidate in my job search, and am told that my work is great and THEY liked me, but they don't feel I would fit in with the corporate culture. Most of the time they don't even tell me what the corporate culture even is. If I am too old, wouldn't they know that on the first interview? What could I possibly be saying in final interviews that turn me from the top candidate to no job, over and over, because of corporate culture? What can I do in the final interview that's going to land me a job?

I've been in Telesales/Telemarketing for over 7 years and am currently trying to be hired for a credit manager position w/ Wells Fargo. I've never sold financial services/products before but am confident that I can be successful w/ sufficient training. If you have or currently work as a credit manager (selling credit cards, home equity lines of credit, auto-refi) for Wells Fargo what are some tips that you can give me so that I can improve my chances of getting a call back interview?

I mostly prefer to apply for jobs through each company directly, but since I'm in dire need of a j.o.b. now, I've been lax and haven't paid attention to whether the poster is a staffing agency or the company itself. I went to a staffing agency a few months ago and had a bad experience... in short, the woman was rude and arrogant. Are staffing agencies even worth the bother? I have a meeting with another woman (different agency) on Monday and I'm afraid I'll be wasting my time by speaking to one of these personnel again. If you've had any experience with staffing agencies, please let me know.

Why would the General Manager and the Operations Manager of an organization, together find it necessary to put two (2) Suveillence cameras on a Senior Staffmember? In addition, install the software PC Anywhere on the Staff member's computer in the workplace to access the computer from remote sites? Why will the Operations Manager zoom in the employee and monitor the camera for the most part of the day? What is the problem?
How should the employee deal with this situation?

I consider myself to be extremely fortunate. I am 30 yo, I am getting paid to be a full-time student , and I got a great job on campus in my field as a student employee. My problem is that since I've been there, I've not been given the basic employee information (like how to fill out a time sheet)that I need to know to do my job. Because of this, it looks as if I'm trying to slack on my responsibilities instead of what it really is. Also, the girl who I replaced was apparently outstanding at her job. So, I've got big shoes to fill. I want to stand out because I love my job, and I heard that my chances of being employed there after graduation are great. But, at the same time, I feel like my boss and my senior coworker (she's like the middle man b/w the 2 of us) are just sitting around waiting for me to mess up, and because I don't know what's going on, it looks like I'm messing up. I want to do well, but I don't know how to handle the situation. Please help (serious answers).
