Excellent Customer Service
Helping a customer resolve a problem to their satisfaction. Most times, this simply requires listening in an understanding manner and passing them off to your supervisor.

Worst Customer Service
Cussing out the customer because they are the cause of the problem and try to blame you for it.

When the service person anticipates the customer need is responsive and polite
Worse customer service is easy to spot because you won't recommend it to a friend
