This guy at my work said that I looked good in a santa hat and he growled at me...I was freaked out since I barely know him since he is new (just started this week, and he is rather quiet). Do y'all find this odd??

There are already other guys at work that are guilty of sexual harassment. For some reason my co-workers don't understand this concept and they think that grabbing my sides, back and stomach and the sexual innuendos are okay. Management just blows it off. What should I do?

His exact words were "you look damn sexy in that hat, grrrrr" and I was freaked.

But see there are some guys at work I feel totally comfortable with and they say silly stuff, and I know it is a joke. But this guy gives me the creeps..he also draws inappropriate body parts on napkins and hands them to me.. :(

I'd document each time your touched or talked to in a sexual way. Note the day, time, and person that did the offense to you. Make sure you tell them that this behavior is unwelcome. Then get a lawyer.

That can be considered sexual harassment. It creates a hostile work environment, if you feel you are being harassed and management doesn't do anything about it, you need to file a complaint with your local civil rights commission. If the situation gets way out of hand then the civil rights commission can issue you a "right to sue" letter. By all means do not let these guys get away with it.

Wait for the new year and look for another job. Otherwise, file a complaint, they probably won't stop, until you do something to stop them. You can even call the police if they put their hands on you like you described. As for the manager not stopping them, keep a diary of how often, who, and then tell the manager again, if things don't change, tell him/her your going to the police and filing a complaint or above his/her head. Finding a new job, maybe the easiest of all, but they shouldn't treat you like this.

find a lawyer and get rich... but make sure you've told them several times that this makes you uncomfortable... starting keeping a log of who said what and did what on particular days... i am not a sue happy person but i wish i would have taken the proper actions when it happened to me and i should have done something and now i regret that i didn't stand up for myself and show that i deserved respect... i know better now!

Ok stay away from him. Show him your not interested. and don't flirt with him in any way! when he hands you the napkins just shake your head and throw them away. and make sure you never get alone with him. maybe you could just ask the boss to keep an eye on him.

Well if management doesn't care then you should sue the company. I bet they start caring then.

WRITE A LETTER. You are always ABOVE MANAGEMENT when it comes to your WELL-BEING. Demand such thing not to be permitted.
