I've already posted once about a career change, and as most of you are probably wondering, I'm going through what most college students go through everyday.....struggling to find which career makes me happy, and which career suits me financially. My original choice was psychology, but I feel as if its pretty much useless, and then I was looking real heavy into the MIS program, but the thing about that is I KNOW that will be too much for me. I hear if your're looking for a career with good money then one might want to major in business, but the thing is, is that I'm not the best in math, that got screwed up a long time ago, but the thing that I have noticed about me when it comes to math is that, if i have a good teacher one that loves to teach and is very patient with students, I can be a great math student I just have to have a good teacher that knows his/her job is to help the student and to be patient.

at a Sandwich shop in my hometown. The interview went wonderfully and I easily passed the testing on the Job Application. The young lady who interviewed me told me I was hired. She went to the back to call Her Superviser .When she returned she asked me how old I was. When I told her 37 she said "sorry,we're not allowed to hire males above the age of 30"because any male aged30 or above was "probably a pervert or something"Can I sue this giant corporation and win?

I am interested in a Principles of Buying course and a beginners course to become a warehouse technician and have no idea where to start. I would prefer an on-line course as where I live there is no college and the closest city is 2.5 hrs away.

I'm in school and if I want to change my major I need to now. I have a passion for Nursing but I'm also great with numbers. So I'm wondering with an Associates Degree which of the 2 makes the most money? An accountant or someone that is in the Health Administrative field?

My fiancee and I both got part time jobs recently. We've barely been there two weeks, and we realized that they were a BIG mistake. How do we quit without feeling really guilty about it? They aren't awful jobs, but there just aren't enough hours in the day!

I know telling the truth is the best option, but what's the easiest way to do it? We both really hate letting people down, even if it's just an employer at a crummy part-time retail job.

i am doing a presentation in crosstraining current employees instead of hiring more people and training them for specialized jobs. I need to persuade top level management that this is cost effective and more productive. The areas that i am currently going to explain are; Keys to keeping employee motivation and Retetntion, Benefits to Employer, Benefits to Employees, Benefits to Customers, Cost of hiring and training new employees, costof training current employees, cost to replace employees. I need more ideas on why getting more out of an employee is better than hiring more people. And i need any ideas to what i should add into the presentation.

I'm very interested in changing careers and have been looking into becoming a recruiter/headhunter. Specifically in the healthcare field.

I realize the salary will not initially be that of a pharmacist but the standing and demands are forcing me to look into something else.

Does anyone know the best process to go about making this change and finding out the best steps to take, who to contact... or of any ideas? What are some of the better companies to start with if any? I would think then it would be best to branch out on one's own after a few years?y/n? Any and all information available appreciated! Thanks!

However, she does not play well with others. I'd love to do something to put this caniving little nark in her place. Keep in mind I do not wish to get (caught) fired or arrested. Any advice?
