I'm frustrated b/c I don't know how much people usually get. don't they have a fixed wage? if so, why do they even ask a desired wage? walmart, shopko, econo foods, etc.

Instead of paying $3 for every stock transaction, I decided to do it myself with the help of some savvy commercial software program designed specifically for traders with wash sales.

But the question is how do I e-file now?

Since the schedule C is a hard copy, how do I go about doing this?

Any suggestions? I'm going to use H&R Block next month.

I have a florists shop and despite being situated in a pretty busy place, buisiness is'nt very well and the profit is'nt very much.
Does anybody have any ideas to improve buisiness? All ideas are welcome, and I'd be pretty grateful too!!

a site where you dont need a credit card.
a site that really works.
i site where you don't need to pay.
absolutely free of charge.
doesn't sell out your personal information.
you don't need to refer to many people.
please no talking about scams.
please no talking about the site ripping you off.

On my mutual funds, I received transactions like this:

Dec 18, 2007 Capital Gain Reinvested $63.16
Dec 18, 2007 Capital Gain Payment $29.81
Dec 18, 2007 Dividend reinvestment $12.28

This is a tax question - I understand what is going on here, but I forget which is short term and which is long term - the payment or the reinvestment? I know the dividend is normal income.

thanks!
~nf

They would pay so much money for something just to show it off to a few close friends. Seriously 800 thousand for a damn stamp. Its a waste of money.

I had my sinuses cleaned out and had the surgeon also perform some cosmetic surgery on my nose at the same time. I was told some of it would be billed to insurance but wasn't coverable because of the cosmetic surgery done. Can the costs be deducted as medical expenses on income tax?

My boss and I have a very close relationship and have been working together for over one year. What is strange is that he he withholds a lot of information regarding his wife, time they spend together, and his kids from me yet opens up a lot more to his administrative assistant who has only been around for a couple months. Why is this?

I just opened up a pay pal account. But where would I find the account number?? When I'm purchasing something, how do I pay for it through pay pal?? I know this sounds like a stupid question to everyone who has pay pal. But I'm new at this and it doesn't look anything like a normal bank account.

I have two children and a non-working significant other in my home. I claimed exempt and did not change my exemptions back. I usually get anywhere from $3500 to $5000 back due to EITC and Child Tax Credit.
