My father in law is 59 and can not read. He does not have a job. Is there any programs for income?

i am not sure what your question is or if this will answer it but if you go to your local library and ask them most of them have programs or know where you can find one to teach your father in law how to read, think of how many things will open up to him if he knew how, and they are very confidential

There are a lot of jobs out there that do not require one to read.

How has he gotten along all these years?
