Within 60 days is the key to your question. That's like betting on a horse race with horses that are all potential winners. Who knows?

There are so many variables in that short a time frame that anyone who claims to be able to accurately make a prediction is a fool. That is why index funds generally outperform most managed funds ...... most fund managers are no better at picking the right stocks to go up than the average guy on the street (which isn't good). And those fund managers do it professionally and for many years (for very good compensation which is amazing considering their overall track record!)

That all said, the financial sector continues to be a major drag and the ongoing crisis in the middle east creates major instability in the oil market.

In the long term (10+ years) the market is almost guaranteed to move higher (it always has in the long run). In the next 60 days .... well, do you have a Magic 8 Ball? It's probably as accurate as anything else!!!
