I evicted some tenants who were late on their rent. I got a judgment for a couple grand and obviously their eviction. What do I need to do now? I know collecting the money is probably not going to happen, but these tenants really screwed me, so I'd like to go ahead with as many options I can to make them pay and leave. I am in Pennsylvania. Thanks!

I would like to establish a "scholarship" to honor the memory of my father to send a Boy Scout to summer camp who is deserving but can't afford it. This does not cost much, but my idea is to start with a small amount of money and send 1 kid to camp this year with enough money left in the account (and what kind of account would that be?) so that next year, I'll have enough money to send two kids to camp. And so on and so on. I'm not even sure if this question should be in this category, so any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

I interviewed for a job a week ago. The guy who interviewed me told me the interview went well and my qualifications were impressive. I sent a thank you card the next day. He said he'll be scheduling a round of second interviews and should get into contact with me either Friday (of last week) or Monday (today). I haven't heard anything. Should I send an email or just wait? What would be more likely to help me get the job?

I have a pretty good idea on how the whole process works, but, I see holes in the whole thing. There is to much opportunity to be taken advantage of. How can I patent and license my ideas without having to spend a ton of money. And avoid being taken advantage of?

home buyer, in 2005. I am many years less than 59. My "advisors" had not informed me that this sort of early withdrawal is only tax exempt if it is made at least 5 yrs after the creation of the Roth (the Roth started in 2002); I thought it was tax exempt just because it was used as a first time homebuyer cost. I made this unfortunate finding just now, as I research my reply to the CP2000 the IRS sent me a few months ago, stating that I owe them $900 in taxes. My question: is this true? Am I screwed? I have also read that your contributions to the Roth can be withdrawn "anytime" without tax or penalty. Can this be true? If so, and if contributions are the first to be withdrawn, then didn't part or all of my $3000 distribution in 2005 actually consist of contributions, so that part or all of it should be exempt from tax? Anyone?

I believe it is a scam. They sent me a check for $4, 950.80 for payment to me for a grant. They want me to send Judy Mason 4, 988.00 for a fee to process the remaining amount which is 35,850.00. The check looks lilke it is real. They do not ask for my account number or ssN or nothing. Just cash the check and send judy her fee and within 5 to 7 business days they will issue me a check for 35,850.00. Sounds like a scam?
