Yes, i am a parent, every time the debit card is used the bank has a print out telling the date, amount, and where or what company the card was used for. It comes in the mail once a month on a bank print out or they can get online to see there checking account. the funds are taken out of there account as soon as the card is used so there going to know. if you don't tell them they wont know that money isn't in there right away and they could bounce a check then they will have to pay a fifty dollar charge. Not good for them. Honesty is the best policey

Of course she will find out. The activities of a debit card are recorded, and the payee will show on her statement. How will you explain a charge to Jones University ?

Define "have access". With your account and routing number anyone can make deposits to your account, but that doesn't give them authority on the account to review transactions or make withdrawals. Ask your bank who can view transactions on your account if you don't know how to answer this.

That's unethical and illegal. Your mom, the Bank and the State could press charges against you, even if your mom didn't want to.

Yes, she's gonna have to pay a bill eventually, isn't she? When you eat in a restaurant you get a bill, don't you? Same thing.
