I get free formula through WIC, right now, I don't have very much money, and my husband needs money for gas to make it to work, so I 'm trying to sell some of the formula on craigslist to make a little extra cash to have on the side (two 12.9 oz cans for $10) . Is it reasonable? I'm not trying to rip people off, I just need the money. Please give your honest opinion. Thanks.

God Bless :)

I am in a bind. Im trying to sell my house. Can not due to the property value dropped drastically and now the value of the house is less than what is owed due to a exit off the highway being built 1 house from my house.
I am forced to do a short sale. My 1st lien is ok with it but the 2nd is being real stubborn about it and want me to pay the entire thing back.
I am willing to go into forclosue if I have to but I do not want to.
Is there any thing that protects the homeowner in this situation?

Thanks.

I have a deposit and a signed contract on a pre - construction condo. Seeing how the housing market is going is there a way to renegotiate the price or at least get some free upgrades ?
The cost of the condo is about $ 350.000.00 the deposit is $25.000.00. No mortgage is involved at this time.

I had my debit card stolen...and someone used it...most likely someone i knew because you need the pin number. Someone really instrust worthy they spent like $300 on it so i called bank of america to get my money back because i didnt spent that. They sent me some afadavit that i have to sign and send back to them. They temporarly placed teh funds back in my account. What is the process they take to do this? Do they actually catch the crimminal or what? because they were tlelling me if i falsly claimed that i didnt do this that it or they dont find out who charged my card. That they could press crimminnal charges on me. But i didnt do these charges im jsut not paying for something i didnt pay for...

So how do they go about doing this process?
Will it stop being a temp amount and I get my money back?
Will they ever find out who did it?

I am in California. I have an eviction on my record but the company it is with is no longer in business. I have googled them and checked the phone book but I cannot find any way to contact them. I have had my rental history pulled and it shows them on it but does not provide a way to contact them. What can I do to settle it? Is there a way to get it taken off of my record?

I live in france. In 2002 I helped my ex partner (not wife ever) to rent a house. I signed a 3 year lease with her and paid a 3 month deposit.

When the lease was renewed it was done without reference to me. I was not invited to renew, nor did I ask for it.

Now, in 2007 I find she has been evicted for non payment of rent.

The local justice says Im responsible for the unpaid rent. Can this really be the case?

As a landlord, I leased a guest house to a tenant for a short term of 3 months that ended October 31. Do to financial problems, she moved out about 10 days later. To help her out, I agreed to let her stay up at the main house to give her some more time for her to find another place. This part was verbal. I want her out ASAP but now she is threatening to stay much longer and that it will take me months to get her out.

My question is; is she somehow under the lease even though it expired and she is out? Do I need to evict or do I treat this as a friend that I cannot get rid of, and if so, how do I get rid of her?

I am personally in the middle of a bankruptcy, so I know I would not be able to get on the mortgage. However, I am going to help pay for it because we know we will be spending our lives together. Is it possible for him to get a loan with a fico score of 600 and a yearly income of about $24k? If I could get on it with him, we would have a combined income of about $49k, but like I said I'm pretty sure thats not possible. Any advice would be fantastic, right now we're just exploring out options. Thanks in advance! PS We're looking to buy a condo in Portland, OR, which average prices are around $200k.

What do I do?
Me and my roomates do not get along any more. The lease started on Aug 30th and the lease ends in a year. I want to move out, looked for another roomate to take my place but they do not agree. They are really pissed off at me because I left with out an explanation, but they were ok with it at first until i decided no to pay the utilities since I wasnt living there. My roommates now say that I am stuck with them. I have really been thinking about different possibilities to break the lease but I am not sure...

Since one of my roommate's boyfriend is living there I have heard I can call the police to take him out.
Another roommate has a dog, they are permitted in the apartment, but she never payed her deposit (she has it hidden) I have been thinking on calling the police on both the dog and the boyfriend but what if this does not work. We are all on the lease (not her bf)
Should i Call the police on both? or make them misserable like i feel now?

To make a long story short, my bank made an error. I use their online bill pay to pay my utilities, and they paid Georgia Power twice. Now I'm short nearly $100. It took them 3 seconds to take the money out, yet they're telling me it's going to take 5 - 7 business days (possibly longer since Thanksgiving is this week and the banks are closed) to get my money back into my account. I've talked (via the phone) with reps from both GA Power and my bank, and neither of them say they can do anything to speed this process up. Does anyone know what I can do to get the money put back in my account faster? This is definitely a banking error--they admitted it.

Thanks
