Those in charge don't seem to see problem. HELP!

It's called "shrinkage", and yes co-workers and anyone no matter how far up in management you go it happens. If your asking how to approach this subject in a proper manner. Ask your supervisor you'd like to speak to them about a problem of loosing money via co-workers. Just have notes, examples, and know what your talking about before-hand. Otherwise, you'll appear foolish, and a waste of time & money.

Most IMORTANTLY: Have a solution to save money, or better, make more money.
