What do I do?
Me and my roomates do not get along any more. The lease started on Aug 30th and the lease ends in a year. I want to move out, looked for another roomate to take my place but they do not agree. They are really pissed off at me because I left with out an explanation, but they were ok with it at first until i decided no to pay the utilities since I wasnt living there. My roommates now say that I am stuck with them. I have really been thinking about different possibilities to break the lease but I am not sure...

Since one of my roommate's boyfriend is living there I have heard I can call the police to take him out.
Another roommate has a dog, they are permitted in the apartment, but she never payed her deposit (she has it hidden) I have been thinking on calling the police on both the dog and the boyfriend but what if this does not work. We are all on the lease (not her bf)
Should i Call the police on both? or make them misserable like i feel now?

The police aren't going to get involved with a hidden dog or a boyfriend who isn't on a lease. Don't waste their time. If revenge is on your mind that strongly, contact the landlord and advise of the situation. The landlord will do as heshe wishes with the situation, but that isn't going to get you removed from lease obligations. Frankly, it will just irritate your former roommates even further, and make them even LESS willing to work with you.

Keep in mind YOUR name is still on that lease, what ever you do to them YOU will have to pay your share. l wouldn't sign off of it either, especially after you skipped out without paying.
My advice; Grow up & leave them alone. With luck they will do nothing & just wait out the year otherwise you risk the very real threat of being charged with harassment. No court is going to let you off the hook because you felt the need for revenge after reneging on a contract.

p.s. l think they were lucky to loose you.

I would suggest you talk to your landlord and tell them not only is someone living there that is not on the lease, but the other person has a dog, dint deal with your room mates deal with the landlord, they are the one that can release you
