Qn 1:
Any individual got record down all the financial transactions down on paper? Will you compare all your savings and withdrawals with other months and every 3 mths?

Example: You spend how much, save how much, withdraw how much cash, deposit how much cash? Then you compare with the previous month?

Qn 2:
If I withdraw $100 out, then deposit $100 back to my account, is it considered as savings or just to compensate for the withdrawal?

I have invested money into condo, but money has gone to someone I have feelings for. He is 30years younger than me.
Under his credit loan was given, and condo title is under his name. I don't have paper work of lending/investing the money to him. I don't have contract. But I do have banking history of wiring the money into his bank account. He is saying money is given as gift of funds, and spent in buying a condo.
If I take him to court, can I win this case? Can I be part owner of the condo? do I have right to live in the condo he bought?

$12,000 in credit cards. We have about $28,000 in savings at the moment and are trying to move to San Antonio, Texas. We can pay off the credit cards and rent for a year which would have done but we are having non money related renting complications (totally different issue- no comments on it please!!) or we can pay off some of the credit card debt and put down 2,000- 10,000 dollars. Also, what is considered a good interest rate on home (mortgage) loan? Only serious answers please!! :) We have average credit (we are 20 and 21) and make between 3.000- 7,000 a month. (self employed) verifiable by bank statements.

IAS 32 requires that subscription capital of co-operatives be treated as liabilities instead of equity since they're repayable on demand. This'll lead to some co-ops having negative equity. Because of this, there is a Liability/Equity project on now, but in the meantime, there's an ED proposing a quick fix. This ED provides limited exceptions to the financial liability definition in IAS 32 to give relief to certain entities with financial instruments that are akin to equity (eg partnerships, co-operative entities and mutual funds in particular). The ED proposes that financial instruments puttable at fair value should be classified as equity, provided that specific criteria are met.

My question is, if some capital is treated as liabilities, in the event of dissolution, what is the ranking order of repayment of contributions? Are members ranked with creditors? If so, among the creditors how are they ranked?

I am 100% owner of the condo, and the person doesn't have a lease agreement to stay at my place from me. Here is the twist to the situation, she has sent me money before as gift of funds, and I bought a condo with that money. She did not lend/
invest money plus she doesn't have any contract or paper work
signed by me. Like I mentioned it was given as gift of funds, because she wanted me to stay at a comforting place. After I bought the place, she did visit the place and has obtained a key from me.
Next thing I know she has been invading into my life; checking
my phone bills, watching who I meet and etc. So when she
left for temp. I changed the locks and left her belongs with
security in my building.
Recap above situation is that she was like a mother figure, but later I found out that she had feelings for me. She was trying to
buy my life with money. She gave me the money has gift and now she wants it back without any paper work. Do I have right to kick her out of my place
