If you need a lot of money (meaning you do not have the money in your possession) to buy the purse then you should not buy it. If you cannot pay cash for it at this moment do not even think about it. You should never overextend yourself as this will cause you a lot of financial difficulties in the future.
I have friend who has all the expensive clothes and accesories but she can't even afford a cup of coffee and can't pay her credit card bill every month. Be more practical and you will be lot more happier in the long run.

on offense but why spending so much money on a purse. Its just a purse. Money dosent come from tree. And your only 13. If your family are not upper class, you shouldnt try to look like a rich people when your not. what ever your friend do, doesnt mean you half to do the same. if they tell why you're not wearing or having things like them, then their not good people to be around with.

You don't need a Louis Vitton purse at your age (or at any age, for that matter). You're far better off to purchase an inexpensive purse and use it to carry around the money you're planning to spend on Vitton.

Assuming you have parents, they are willing to go along with a Vitton ?
