I don't believe you can use Section 8 vouchers to make payments on a house, no. However if you now have your own source of income there's no reason why having had Section 8 assistance would hamper you in getting a loan and buying a home.

If you are asking if you can use your Section 8 assistance to purchase, the answer is no. Section 8 is only for rent assistance payments. However, the fact that you use Sec. 8 will not disqualify you from obtaining a mortgage, if you are properly qualified for a mortgage in other respects.

The definition of Section 8 order is a housing benefit which permits a tenant rent an entity which is above honest market hiring HUD placed. The owner of the hiring possession is paid for the difference between 40% of the renter's income.

You will have to do a lot of work and call around and ask many people if they allow Section 8 - it will be very hard to find someone

that's no longer public techniques. you could stumble on some right here and there by potential of asking around, yet you will no longer discover any variety of finished checklist of such available to the final public.
