I was wondering about my car payments. Both are due on the 15th. I am on maternity leave right now, and my husband just had his hours cut at work. We can make the payments, but if I do....there is nothing left over for food or diapers or anything. That is literally all we have until next Wednesday. I heard some banks allow you to make a lesser interest only payment if you are in a tough situation. Has anyone else ever heard of this? Thanks...

Years ago, I was accused of sexual harrassment once. Was I guilty? You tell me.

I was walking in the hallway and these two young attractive women, dressed in very short skirts, high heels, low cut blouses, and like they were going to go clubbing that night walked by. I admit I stopped and stared. They reported me for sexual harrassment. I wasn't their boss or even in their same area of the building.

Is that sexual harrassment?

I really don't understand it. You drive your car and pay insurance on it for years and years you get in a accident and you have to pay a deducible. Why do you have to pay them money after already paying them tons? Do they pay it back? Or do they say we owe it just because? And that goes with all different types of insurance (health, house, car, etc).

Reading this story and so many others, as well as about the huge loss by almost every bank in the United States, and the closing down even of some banks, do you feel this was completely avoidable and totally unnecessary; the voracious need for power and money by so many people, even the middle class and poor who went about negligently applying for loans with loan sharks, and going along with hairbrained ideas posted by supposed "creative" mortagage lenders?

Better yet, will we see an end to this disaster with mortgages and rapidly depreciating real estate market?

Someone has access to my credit card # and purchase more than $1800 worth of stuff, one including a airline ticket. I call my credit card company, and they acutally refund back the money and give me a new card. My question is will the bank find out who did this and track this person down?

My credit card company is Chase, they didn't mail me any paperwork or anything, we did this over the phone., and I didn't file any police report. Since the money was refund.

Thank you!
