She's not suppose to, and she knows you're still there, she needs to give you a notice beforehand and give you the chance to reply. Some states- requires landlords to give 24 hour to 72 hour in ADVANCE announcements before making arrangements to do something. If she comes in uninvited, your stuff is there and she damages anything of yours or get paint on it, go seek Legal Aid Services and start process against her. It helps to make a police report sometimes too.
Once you do this, most landlords boot you out anyway.
That's when court comes in and you seek for damages, and inconvience, etc. Talk to Legal Aide Services. There should be a State Rural Legal Services dept in your area, use them.

You have paid for the 14th and the 15th so the place is still yours. She can ask, but not tell you that she is painting. I don't know what you can do at this late date other than tell her that you are paid for the two days and prefer she not paint since you still have stuff in the duplex. Also, point out to her that since you still do have things there, you will have to walk over the shampoo'd carpets and there is always a chance of brushing up against the newly painted walls. This may help her change her mind until you are moved out. I clean my rentals and paint after the tennants have moved...better for everyone involved!

She can't do that. I don't know how you can prevent her from doing it, but I think you should seek legal help, maybe a call to a lawyer that deals in such matters is the thing to do now. I think I would also find a way to prevent her from getting in.
She sure has her nerve!

No.
Tell her you are still using the place and it wouldn't be convenient for you.
However, if you aren't actually there anymore, tell her if she refunds those 2 days of rent, while making sure your stuff is undamaged, she may do so.

Tell her no. You could add that your paying rent, and would like privacy since your belongings are still there. Tell her you don't want your privacy violated, and wait until you leave.
She might try to strong arm you. She may need your consent.

Did you tell her you still have stuff there?
Yes, she can start but it really isn't so smart on her part since you are not out yet.

its against the law for her to enter before your move out date unless you agree to let her do that if she damages any of your items or things turn up missing then she is liable, if she wants to be their before your move out date then ask her to prorate your rent - and make sure to get your items out of the place.
