How do I deal with a boss that will not stop Micro managing!!!!?

Help I am going crazy.

Dunno...for me, I'd look for another job. No reason to stay at one that I'm not happy at.

Get a new job. Bosses like that never change and it'll only go downhill until you get sick of it and get a new job. Then your psycho boss will leech onto a new person until they suck all the will to work there out of them.
