I've been SO BAD at balancing it for SO LONG now that there's no way I can start over. Please (be nice, OK?) give some advice on how to agree with the bank AND any helpful (NICE!) tips on how to not do this again!!!!

I need to know a good web site to find an online job. Right now I do not want to go deep into a business. I don't have the money to go into a business on my own. Just need an online job that I can have a job at home on the computer to make money. To get a business started you need so much money. And I don't have that kind of money right. If someone could help I would really appreciate it.

I have a huge superiority complex. I work for a leading IT company and most people who work with or for me do not meet my standards. I constantly feel that they are lazy, uncommitted and whiling away their time. As I a result I get confrontational. There have been many instances where I have humiliated them in front of other people and they were brought to tears.

Although I have been very successful I've not made any friends with this approach. Even my bosses who respect me for my work ethic hate my guts. I don't have any friends where I work and this is causing a lot of problems - I end up firing people and their work falls on my shoulders. So I end up living inmy office most of the time. I work 80-90 hours every week for the last 3-4 months. How should I change? I've tried not making a big issue out of the low quality and productivity but then it becomes worse and I have to respond in a harsher way. Is there a way out? Should I switch careers to one with no people interaction?

? Ive heard a few horror stories of attorneys coming out of very good schools yet ending up with a starting salary less than 40k a yr. How does this happen is it the job market? or is it the persons lack of good qualifications? Wat does one have to do to start off with a decent salary 80k plus and eventually have a solid career as an attorney in a private practice?

I am looking to buy a house and I have noticed that some are listed as having a heat pump for air and heat. I had never heard of a heat pump before but I have done some research on them now. I am wondering if anyone that has a heat pump would tell me some pros and cons about using them for cooling and heating.

My father is interested in changing jobs and with his present job he has a good build up of his 401K. If he closes the 401K account, how will the taxes be handled? Will they take taxes out before he receives the money, after he receives it, in between?? How does this work? Also, if he was to put some of the money into paying a house morage off, will he recieve a tax break? Are there any tax breaks in this? Thanks!

I'm looking for a credit card co. that pulls directly from equifax only. I have a really good history with them and I think I will be approved for any kind of card as long as it's being pulled from Equifax Only. I'm currently working on the other bureaus.

but they went up on our rent by $500 and they just informed us 10/15! Short notice I know. They did say it would not take effect until 12/2 but I want my security deposit back so we have enough $ to move so we need to be out by 11/2. We have found a house and we are waiting for the application to be approved...we have paid the app fee and half of the security deposit so the house is held off the market...there are other applications they have received but since we are the only ones who have paid a deposit would our application be considered first or be the only one considered? I'd call and ask them but the secretary is snotty and plus we have called a gazillion times to check the status, I hate to keep bugging them! Thanks!!!!

i have two part time jobs.
i want to ask for fewer hours in one of them. but i think my boss is not going to accept that and might fire me (i heard he does that usually).
does that mean i still can file unemployment and get money for that even though i still have another part time job?

I just found out that a few people at my work, who started about the same time as I did, give or take a couple weeks, or months; are making about $2.00 or $3.00 more per hour. They do take different calls in which they are supposed to make $1 to $1.50 more, but for some reason I think they are jipping me. They always tell me I am doing good and my scores are high, but they just give me $10 gift certicicates once a month, and passes to dress casual. I would rather get a raise..Does anyone have suggestions, I need help..I need a raise..please help..I don't deserve to be used...

I am doing bookeeping for a small business and need to find the best way to pay my taxes. I am a stay at home mom and do the bookeeping on the side.
