If you mean interview number 7 for the same company this seems a bit excessive and they should have been able to make up their mind by now .
If it is interview no 7 for the 7th different company then yes definitely . The thing you should bear in mind that not everybody gets as far as interview stage , so you must have something to offer if they want you to appear in person .
You should have some good experience now at being interviewed and be fairly confident .
just make sure you appear enthusiastic , willing to learn and looking forward to working as part of their team .

If this is with the same company they should have been able to make up their minds by the 2nd or 3rd time. I wouldn't want to work for them.
If you previously interviewed with 6 different companies and didnt get the job, by all means go on number 7. You'll get lucky sooner or later.

With the same employer? It sounds crazy but I know fields such as pharmaceutical sales where they have at least five interviews. Go, just to have something to put in your memoirs :)
