I cannot find information on mortuary sciences/funeral directing. Anything to do with these subjects would be so helpful.

P.S. The person to come up with the best site would be chosen as a best answer!
Thanks again.

We can get penelized for making a direct reference by yahoo....however, do a internet search for occupational handbooks, then find the keyword search section of that handbook (use a couple handbooks) type in mortuary science or funeral director....play with the keywords a bit....and you should get tons of info regarding what that career is like....I mean everything....skills used on the job, how to academically prepare and at what level; what the workday is like; how much money you can make at it; if and where it is in demand nationally...on and on and on!
All the best!

might help you w/ course load to expect/classes you need to take but you can start from bottom as embalming assistant and learn the ropes and move up to mortician if you have a biology/biochem degree

from what I've heard/read, it is very difficult to get into being a mortician if you don't know anybody or aren't related to anybody but if you do get in, it is highly lucrative and a steady field- everybody dies
