I need to know a good web site to find an online job. Right now I do not want to go deep into a business. I don't have the money to go into a business on my own. Just need an online job that I can have a job at home on the computer to make money. To get a business started you need so much money. And I don't have that kind of money right. If someone could help I would really appreciate it.

I know of a website where you can get online jobs and complete them from home. Registration is free and there are no any upfront fees. These jobs are computer and internet related (I.T.). Take a look here:

You must be able to complete projects and provide results in order to get paid. Most of these jobs require certain expertise. If you do not possess necessary expertise, I'd suggest you finish some web designing and/or graphic designing and/or programming course and then bid for jobs. They offer also a lot of simpler jobs like data entry and writing, but it can be a little tricky to get these jobs (unless you have positive feedback) due to the competition.
To get a job, be persistent and bid for many jobs at the same time (up to 10). Don't worry that you'll be overwhelmed with too much work - this is only for increasing your chances of winning a job. You probably won't get them all and if someone else is selected, don't worry - just bid for the next one until you are selected.

If you want to work from your computer at home, you are probably going to have to do it as a business owner, rather than as an employee. There are no online work-at-home "jobs".
When you apply for a job offline, in the bricks and mortar world, do you have to pay anything? Of course not. It should be the same in the online world. If you are asked to pay any money, at best, it is a business opportunity, but more likely it is just a scam.
Be very careful that you don't get scammed.
I do affiliate marketing online. I've been doing it for a year and I'm getting ready to quit my regular job, as I am now making over $10k per month. It takes dedicated work, at minimum a small amount of initial working capital, decent organizational skills, and persistence, but you can make a living at it if you stick with it.
But that is a business.
If you want something easy, with no investment, you could probably make $500 to $1000 per month getting paid by companies to write postings on blogs about their products. That's about the only legitimate way that I know of to earn money online without any investment.

Hm so, if you don't want to get deep into a business I suggest survey and offer websites. They're one of the only honest online jobs nowadays. :/

There are tons of online jobsite scams on the Internet, but very few real jobs. Be careful not to get scammed.
