My daughter is only working there up until Xmas, for extra cash etc for Xmas Pressies. She is to be paid monthly, but now told the 1 week trial is without any pay? It is hard work, on your feet and I think 'unlawful' to expect FREE LABOUR.

HI, I would like to know weather a copy of our college degree diploma is needed or required when applying to jobs.

I just graduated from college and don't know if this is necessary. Or do they just have some kind of database where they can check this (degree completion)?

Is it a good idea, to have a copy in hand? and what else do you recommend having when applying for jobs. A transcript of all courses? Is it necessary? since my doesn't look very good in the last 2 semesters I really don't want to show it.

I appreciate your help. Thanks.

I'm selling our dump truck and bobcat right now but business has really been slow. Should I just voluntarily have it repossessed right now rather than pay for it from my personal funds and eventually still lose it later on?

I know I need to do some research for my business plan for the bank but where do I do this research and who do I speak to and how do I do it? I've contacted several toasted sandwich van owners by email to ask them some questions but none have replied - what am I doing wrong?

I know this might sound weird, but I wonder how does a pr get evaluated and paid.
Does he/she offer a program covering a period of some months with projections and targets and then gets paid on the results, after an advance maybe... or gets a monthly pay... how does it work?
Because I can't imagine someone working on the same project with the same success rate always... I mean, what if the pr performance declines over time, or doesn't get the projected results...
Should I ask an example of project he/she floowed with a former client similar to me? I know that different products get different attention, but is it okay if I ask such a thing?
Specifically I'm interested in the fashion pr, thanks!

I have bad credit with a foreclosure and bankruptcy. In the past my husband and I paid a company almost $1,500 to help us avoid foreclosure but they never accomplished anything. I would like to get some guidance on the best way to improve our credit.

ok i'm going to try to make this simple....

a vendor just told me that the owner told HIM that i was the reason his bill was paid 3 months late.
HOWEVER, that is NOT the truth. the truth is that the owner had it in his desk for 3 months after i asked him what order it went to....he never gave it back to me and i don't know whether to beleive this vendor or not or whether to ask my boss about this....

the biggest problem is that i can see my boss telling him that....blaming it on me....i won't stand for that!!!!

what would you do???

p.s. i'm leaving this job in december....
maybe i should just let it go???

£58-a-week JSA is all well and good but an extra £27 per week would be just the job.
Trouble is, to meet the threshold required for Incapacity Benefit (and receive my extra dough) i need to prove i am "unsuitable" for work. Any suggestions ? All feasible excuses will be duly considered.

A construction company wants to know what I charge per sq.ft. I don't know what to do because I don't want to under bid or over bid. What was told to me that when they need a cleaning company to do new construction clean ups they just ask them to give them the price we will charge per sq.ft. Should I give them price ranges depending on the sq.ft.? for example:
$.01-$.03= 1000 sq.ft. to 5000 sq.ft.

Someone please let me know. Thanks
