I've heard that In charge solutions is a good company. I've heard that they are a non-profit organization.

We have a little over five thousand dollars in credit card debt and other misc. things.

We are only making two thousand dollars a month.

OK well I just opened and account at TCF bank today. This is my first time ever opening an account and well I think they might have suckered me into something. I asked for the holiday savings thinking it would be better than the other savings because they said that it would only cost me $2. Then after I had my account all set up and everything she told me I have to make sure I have $25 in my account a month so i can deposit mony over to my savings. What does she mean by that? Because I read the brochure she gave me on it and it says I should have no monthly charge but I'm really confused and dont know what to do, because I'm still a student in High School and I dont really work and having to make sure my account has $25 to put in to a savings every month is a lot if I'm not going to get to spend it until the following year. Are they just taking $2 out a month or what? Or did they take me for a fool? Did I just make a really big mistake? Please help me out please!!!!

my husband is over in iraq and im here to take care of his finances for him. i recieved a bill he had (Sears) i paid off a debit from years back. I paid the debt settled for $200. That dumb fu**er took out $1200.00. I so pi$$ed off right now its not even funny. I took the confirmation number down but i didnt get the guys name of number. i threw it out! What do i do? where do i call??

Is it possible to make payments through a company for a vacation? Ex., Put down $200-$500 and pay monthly before my scheduled trip? I don't use credit cards, nor do I have one. Is there a trusted company/website that will allow me to do that?

i filed a return form a new tax guy back in march,he said i was all set and to mail it in ,,so i mailed it when i got home and read it,, i noticed he put a bunch of false information,,so i then called a taxman that my parents go through.. i had him redo my taxes and send it directly through the internet the irs recieved his first,, before the guy that had me mail it,,they should of rejected the mailed one since the saw a different date on the one that reached first,,but they sent me a return in april ,,,then i got a reutrn in august from the first guy ,,am i in trouble,, i thought i fixed it so i dont get in trouble,,what do i do??

I am a co-signer on a loan with my brother. He is the one that got the loan, he is paying it. All the payments are current and on time. I am filing bankruptcy now. If he continues to pay all payments, will my bankruptcy affect him. I don't want to reaffirm.

Me & my husband just recently signed a year lease for a rental house, heres the thing, we have until this Monday The 1st, to be out of our current place, so that gives us all weekend to move, although the new landlord is extremly particular about the paint, the tile grout, light fixtures etc. She just WILL NOT LEAVE! We only have this weekend to move in, because both of us requested off for the move. If we can't move in this weekend, then we are screwed, and she will not even try to help out, ( like moving faster with the repairs ) Is it completely binding if we just signed it yesterday. If need be, we have the option to stay where we are, & I think that's what it's coming down to. I just wanted to know if there was a law that states we have so many days to cancel, kinda like when you buy a car.

i have ordered goods from china they won't give me a tracking number .

I am a full time student, I'm 18, and I am going to a community college. I paid with a money order. I am on my parents health insurance, live in their house.
I work about 33 hours a week and so much of the money is going to taxes. on my earing statement I am paying for

federal income tax
socail security tax
medicare tax
MA State income tax

I know I have to pay for these automatically

through my gross pay is my Federal taxable wages.
Could I be able to get any tax exemptions/deductions on each paycheck?

are there any ways which when I file for taxes I can get a large sum of money back for the reason I go to school and am a full time student?

and what the best way to report is? My boyfriend just got a new job, but he has is considered an independant contractor. He will be getting a 1099 form at the end of the year of his earnings.
