Ninety-nine percent of the people are in school or settled in a new job -- they've just bought something, and aren't looking.
Next month should be better -- some people will decide they are sick of their old place, and want to move before the holidays start up.
Good luck!

1. The market sucks!
2. Lenders are changing their lending practices!
3. To many people have bad credit.
4. The media is scaring consumers into not buying by telling them that the market sucks.
There are Realtors all over with this problem . Hang in there it will get better!

Because you don't live here!! I live in Charlotte, NC, and business is booming here! (you can find that all over the news too!). Houses are still selling, deals are still closing, you might just be in the wrong area. I left Ohio for here, and I LOVE IT!!! If you would consider moving, e-mail me and I can put you in touch with a real estate company. We have some really nice one's here. I'm not a realtor, but I know a lot of them I can put you in touch with.

Have you been watching the news? Everyone is being told NOT to buy right now. WAIT! Until March or April of 2008. I want to buy and everyone is screaming at me not to. Not yet. Houses are going to drop again they tell me. That is being told to other would be buyers too I'm sure. It always gets better though.
