In addition to the utilities (electricity, water, phone, cable), you'd need to pay:
- lot rental (which may include some of the utilities), from $200 to $1,000 per month
- trailer payments or rental, from $100 to $1,000 or more per month
- registration fees (really a property tax)
California is a big state. Trailer park space is extremely limited in most urban and suburban areas.

Folks could probably give you a specific answer if you at least gave a general area of California. It's a pretty big state and costs vary from one end to the other.

In the East SF bay area our rent space alone in our immediate area is $395-$600....then you are billed generally for propane, electric if not metered, and you registration on a yearly basis (probably not much).
NOrth of here you can find small parks with rents as low as $175....SMALL private park.....like 6 trailers.
Ca is not the cheapest place to live.
