I started dancing a year after school for almost 4 years. I haven't had much work experience out side of a small clothing retail job that I had from 16 to 17. I started dancing at 19 and I am 23 now. I also took a year off after my wedding and subsequent baby to be a SAHM and Army wife. I am wanting to get a job now and I don't know what to put on a resume. What do I say to make-up for the time block? I surely can't put EXOTIC DANCER in the box! I have found plety of resume builders on-line, but I don't know whatI can say!

Please no dirogitory answers...

Can anyone give me some advice please. I purchased an item on ebay and never received it. Have waited about 28 days for this item. Have communicated with the seller and totally believe they have sent the item, have now received their proof of delivery together with a completed claim form for Royal Mail, enclosing sale of item information. I told the seller I did not want them to be out of pocket as I know the item has been sent, but is it correct for me to claim from the post office of paypal? secondly, how do I leave feedback for this item? as it would be negative for the seller, but I dont really want to leave a negative feedback coz the seller has done all she can to assit me. Any advice appreciated. Thanks

I have a paralegal degree and I'm currently working for a small law firm. We've been doing a lot of health care work and lately I've considered becoming a nurse paralegal...but I think I'm at a disadvantage? All of the nurse paralegal training programs and job openings I've researched are for RNs with years of clinical experience. It seems Iike I'd have to quit my paralegal job, go to nursing school, then work as a nurse for years before I'd qualify for any of these programs.
I'm wondering about going to nursing school and then marketing myself as a paralegal with an RN degree, rather than a nurse with 6 months of paralegal training.
I have no desire to work in a clinical setting for years, but I want the education to make informed medical decisions in a legal background.
Whatcha think?

PS--no hate mail please: my sister, brother-in-law, and two aunts are nurses. I have nothing against nurses, it just isn't my calling.

Help me get this straight...if most lenders sell their Mortgage notes (ala--Countrywide, First Option, Aegis) to other investors, how are they now losing money over home purchases? I know many Companies service the loans, but isn't the new investor, not the initial lender, that is now taking the hit?

I'm hoping that my wife and I can buy a house or build one soon and people have recommended that we buy the land first. I see this scenario come up every now and then and I don't understand it.
Why would one buy land, pay it down and then put a house on later?
The best buildable lot in my area is $115,000. What would be the advantage of getting a mortgage for that land paying it, as well as my current rent, and then trying to get the other $100,000 to build a house in a couple of years?
I just don't understand how this would work or what I would gain. Any experiences or thoughts?

Me and my brother purchased a house .We hold the title in joint ownership with right of survivorship. I got married and was planning to move on with my wife. We have a house being built and plan on moving in soon. The current house that I live in with my wife. I pay for entirely. I finally got my brother to move out after several months of being shorted money then eventually not getting any money from my brother for his half. He left me owing me thousands of dollars. I have tried to reach him several times to get him to sign a quick claim deed. He wont get back to me. We owe 114,000 on the mortgage and 65,000 on a home equity loan. The house is worth only about 150,000 after the market dropped. I want to refi so I can lower the payment and rent the place out. What could I do to get him off the title if he wont sign the quick claim deed. What are my options for short sale or foreclosure if I cant carry the house any longer. What will happen to me if I foreclose. The house is in arizona.

I've done SOME research but I'm still unsure..
I've visited with one company...you completely stop making payments to your creditors. After 3 months, they(credit counselors) step in working with the creditors to lower your payments and interest rate. BUT, you have to stop paying them for 3 months in order to "build a case."
I don't want to hurt my already dying credit rate.
Are there any other type of credit counseling services that DON'T require you to hurt your already damaged credit?
