I sent in my forms for my rent rebate on August 13th. How long before I get my refund money?

The deadline for filing for your property tax return is August 15th. I sent it in the mail on August 13th and asked for direct deposit. Everyone I know has gotten their refund....so what is the maximum amount of time it should take before I get mine?

It takes 4-6 weeks but if you file it with the rest of your taxes (in the future) you'll get it the first week of August.

If so:

As you filed so late, you should get the refund in mid-October.
