shreck: unpaid bills are not the responsibility of tax payers. If that was the case then we would not need to get approved, since it is guaranteed by taxes! I have never heard something so rediculous.
I guess you should feel guilty if you at least dont do anything worthwhile with it. I AM NOT CONDONING THE STEALING THAT YOU ARE DOING, but you already dont feel guilty & you are going to continue to do it anyway. At least make a difference in the life of someone else. You are showing nothing but self centered greed, arogance & distain for all involved. Morally you are 100% wrong.

I am very sorry you have a terminal illness.
I do think that maybe your mind is going crazy right now with the heavy load you have to carry... but I agree with everyone else.. you are very wrong in doing what you are right now.. They might not be able to collect the money from your family but you can be sure they will hound them day and night and your family while grieving over the loss of you will have to get an attorney to settle something you started.. not a good way to grieve a loss.. If you have not taken any money out for this third loan, cancel it if you can and think of what you are doing...
I hope you conscience takes over.. and you try to do the right thing .. at least with the time you have left...

You need to remember the guy in the news whose Dr. told him that he was terminal. He went out & spent every penny he had, etc. Come to find out, the diagnosis was wrong & the guy is going to live. He now has nothing. No savings, nothing.
I think it is wrong for you to go & get these loans. When debt goes unpaid, it raises rates/fees for the rest of the hard working, honest world. I find it to be dishonest. The creditors will hound your family- is that what you want? They have to deal with your death & your dishonesty???
So, no, you're not right. You're nothing more than a theif!

If your loans are unsecured, your creditors will still hound your family day & night, every day of the week, for months in an attempt to get them to repay the debt.
If your loans are secured, your creditors will get their money from your estate, leaving your family with countless bills to pay.
Nice way for you to want to treat your grief-stricken family.

They may harass your family but no court will make them pay. It is not the family's decision to take a bunch of loan's and not repay it. This old wives tale kills me- If a creditor harasses the family all they need to do is document each call and save each letter and file a suit against the creditor. Who will have to pay this back you ask- your loving tax payers are responsible for all debt's unpaid to the bank's. It is taken out of all of the taxes paid.

Well, you can't take it with you when you go.
And there is a nice "hot fire" where your going.
And you won't need a "loan" unless you want "water."
Selling your soul for a $100,000 dollars.
What a "cheap" price to pay, for all "eternity."

You family will have to repay this. Fingers won't help.
But, maybe you want them to pay. You are rather vicious and apparently without conscience. But, you know that already.

You wont have to pay it, but your family will... and believe me, the bank WILL hunt them down.
My aunt was murdered years ago and they went after her children (oldest being 21) to pay it! Luckily my grandmother stepped in or else her kids would be stuck with her debt!

sucks for whoever has to take care of your "estate" when you're gone. if you have any assets at all- including real estate, your debtors have first claim.
