I sent a V.O.D. to a creditor (thats not mine) and got a notice from them stating that Im intiteld to dispute it. But that's it!! The 30 days will be up tomorrow, and Im not sure where to go from there. I never even heard of this creditor, nor did I know it was on my credit report until I checked it. It's supposedly from a telephone co. in california, which I never had. I have never had a phone in my name there ever. Im not sure as to what to do from here, Please help!!

I am starting a website that I plan to make some money of off. How much? I am not really sure. But I do not want it to contribute to my personal income because I am already getting taxed up the you know what on that. I know there are certain entities where you can get taxed less. Perhaps a S or C corp?

Also, I want my personal money/assets to be protected should I be sued for anything involving the website. It's going to be a clean site, I just am very cautious.

Someone on here was talking about renting some place for a year then wanting to purchase it.
They said since they could prove they'd been making the mortgage payments for a year, they could refinance the current owners mortgage instead of applying for a new loan.
Is this true? If so, what are the benefits to doing that, if any?

well this morning I checked online and it posted however they did a deposit correction and instead of reading a deposit of $460.00 it now reads a deposit of $240.00 I called the bank and they said they need to research it. I said I counted it while standing at the ATM just to double check that I was depositing $460.00 and I even included my own deposit slip from my check book in the deposit envelope as well. Who can I write to or how can I get my money back? I had so much trust and loyalty from WaMu that I never ever thought something like this would happen to me. Any ex bank clerks that can point me in some kind of direction??????

I'm living at home right now, but I really want to get my own place. Would it be foolish to move out now, when I could stay at home for a few more years and save money? I feel so childish when I tell people I still live at home, as well as the fact that my family makes me crazy at times. Also, there is a chance I might be leaving soon to work on a cruise ship. However, that job could happen tomorrow, or in 6 months, I just don't know. Oh, and yes I do currently have a job! I'm not a lazy butt, who lies around on their parents couch all day. Opinions?

I'm under 25.

this would not be a normal cafe. People would come to drink coffee, eat nice healthy foods, paint, paint models, come to open mic nights and maybe have some kilms going. The ppls art would be on the walk and would be available to be bought. I also would have lockers, and art supplys..to be bought or rented. I was also thinking about having seminars for different art projects through out the year... What do you think? How expensive am i talking? realisticly...looking for experienced business owners...or if you have any info that would help me out..Thankyou

I mean, doesn't it seem the only reason a person would want to do a lease/purchase rather than buying outright is because their credit prevents them from doing so?
