7 years and 180 days from the date of last activity (DOLA) which would be the delinquency date.

Work on settling the most recent negative and work backwards. The older the delinquency, the less impact it has on your credit score. Of course paid off negatives always look better.

Derogatory accounts fall off 7-years form the date of first delinquency.
