If they have paid by paypal and for the extra postage YES.

check their feedback if it makes you any happier and how long have they been a member.

When buying with paypal make sure the seller has a feedback score of 98% and a rating over 10 or else yo will not be insured.
Another tip check the address with its postcode @ streetmaps.co.uk and always remember if you do get scammed its a crime or fraud and report it to the police, some police forces will say its a civil matter but point out its no it is theft and called fraud

If they haven't paid then if they live a few streets away NO

Yes, i send items all over the world. As long as they pay. Paypal payments are very secure, just make sure it isn't one of those fake emails. always check your account details.

Not unless I had proof of payment prior to sending the item. Paypal is supposed to cover you but I think I would like more assurance. Ask for a reference of someone else they have bought from and check if that person got their money.

It depends on what the item is and where they are wanting it sent to. Even if funds are paid into paypal, they can still be recalled if its a fraudulent transaction. I would check their feedback, especiall as a buyer

you have NO PAYPAL protection if you send the item to any address other than the address PAYPAL has on file for the bidder!
