When will H and R Block start their holiday loan?

Does anyone know when H and R Block will start their holiday loans this year?

As of now, the bank that was offering the loans (HSBC) has discontinued the product.

Unless something changes, there will be no holiday loans at Block or Jackson-Hewitt this year.
