My business just got an investor and I am starting the process of forming it into a LLC. I have heard of websites such as Legalzoom.com, IncorporateFast.com and others offering to do all the paperwork, etc. I think that $600 for doing that work isnt really worth it, but I wanted to know if anyone has experience with filing the paperwork themselves, is it really that hard to write the articles of organization, file for Tax ID Number, and everything else? Should I just go through one of those websites, hire a lawyer to do it, or just do it myself?

Also, those websites offer a "Registered Agent" service. I was wondering do I really need a "registered agent"? And who is considered to be a "registered agent"? Does it cost a lot to have one?

My credit card payment is due today and it's labor day. First things first, I don't have a checking account so that won't help. I just have a saving account and a credit card account. Is there any way I can pay it by my saving account to avoid a late payment. Help me I'm such a loser for not taking care of business.

My bank is Bank of Amerina. My saving is around $300 and this month payment is only $90.

Anyways, is there any way I can like pay it today without going to the bank cause it's all close.

How can information systems affect a company’s bottom line (such as financial performance)? What are other non-financial values that information systems can add to a business? Explain your answer. Keep in mind that many IS projects do not receive management approval unless there is a business benefit to be derived from them.

I'm looking to open a current account online. I cannot get to the actual bank due to illness and just wanted to check how it works.

Will i need to go into the bank at all? or is done through the post? How do you send ID? surely you cant mail the original documents.

Also i have not had bank account before, so will this go against me? I am over 18 so i wouldnt think it would be too much of a problem.

My checking out says that one of it's features include: Dividends earned from day of deposit to day of withdrawal

I noticed today that I received a $0.09 deposit from the bank labeled a "dividend".

Why did I receive 9 cents? (not complaining, just wanting to learn more)

I have about 45K in loans with a 2.785 interest rate. We would like to start saving to be able to buy a house in about 4-5 years. We have no other debt.

Would you try to get rid of your loans (right now I'm on a 30 year plan that would cost me about 20K in interest if I stay on it) or would you try to save money for a house so you can put 20% down and get a better mortgage rate?

my credit card company was bought by bank of america, so now i have a bank of america card... I know it is bad to cancel a card or leave it inactive. Since i dont like bank of america, is it smart for me to transfer my card balance to Chase and keep my BOA card open and just use it once in a while. or should i just pay my BOA balance and use it less often. I would like to have a credit card to build my credit score but i dont want that card to be BOA. Any sugestions?

I passed by a house that really interested me and had a 4rent sign.I kept calling the number on the realty sign but it was disconnected so I left a note on the door.A few days later, a man called stating that he was with the new realty co. that took over the property and asked to meet me at the house so he can show it to me.I agreed and loved the house. He gives me his bussiness card and said that I needed to call him on his cell to reach him.Next day I forgot about that and tried to call him at the office but that # was disconnected! When I told him about this, he said it was b/c they are merging with a new co. and their # will be changing soon. He wants me to take him a check for the amount of the rent and deposit and sign up the contract but he wants me to leave it blank b/c he claims hes not sure which company name they will be using.Could this be a hoax? Something just seems fishy to me!

What are the pros and cons to borrowing money from your 401 to pay off high interest credit card debt. I would like to retire in 3 years but I have a lot of debt I could pay off by borrowing from my 401k. I know I will lose the earnings on the money I take out but the interest I am paying on the debt is more than the earnings from the 401k. The way I see it, I can retire with debt or retire with less money in the 401k.
