...I put up a box of around 150 coins on auction on eBay? These are coins from all around the world; coins dating far, far back and present-day coins as well.

Interesting question. Just put in a minimum bid. Are you planning on including a separate photo of each coin, or is this going to be sort of a "mystery" bid?

My guess would be less than $200.

You should know the value of them before putting them up for auction. The only way to tell is to set a reserve

A lot. I mean, at least more than the face value of the coins.

First, add those up, then factor in age and origin.
