if you cash your change at HEB do you have to pay like x percent of the total?

You know those machines where you put all you change in, and it gives you bills for the amount? Well at HEB (grocery store) do you get the exact about or do you have to give like 1% of your change for usuing the machine.

I'm not familiar with HEB. All the machines I have seen have a label on the machine that states what they charge. It is normally closer to 10% than 1%.
